Dangers of not Treating Anxiety
If left untreated, anxiety could become a serious problem.
Anxiety occurs in response to stress. It is our body’s defense mechanism to extreme pressure in our day-to-day activities. It is normal for people to feel anxiety at some points in their life; usually it can easily be overcome. However, there are also people who are unable to cope with their anxiety; they tend to avoid it by shutting themselves in their homes and avoiding social gatherings. Such unfortunate condition has already developed to anxiety disorder which needs medical attention and counseling.
It’s dangerous to not treat severe anxiety. Thousands have cured anxiety and panic attacks with this program.
If you think you are having difficulty in coping with your anxiety; don’t worry, it can be cured with proper medication and effective therapy. It is important to do something over your anxiety as it may disrupt your normal behavior. If left untreated, it could regress to anxiety disorder which is a chronic condition that could lead to further complications such as phobia, social anxiety disorder, panic attacks, and alcohol and drug abuse; thus affecting your quality of life.
Anxiety can lead to phobia as a result of avoidance of places, events, and things that could trigger anxiety and cause humiliation and embarrassment. Phobia is fear of things or places; and once you have phobia of something which you encounter in your daily life, it would be hard for you to live a normal life. Hence, it is highly advisable to treat your anxiety first in order to prevent occurrence of phobia; or to help overcome your phobia.
For other people with anxiety, they turn to alcohol or drugs as their way of coping with their anxiety; hoping to overcome it. However, this eventually leads to alcohol or drug abuse; further regressing anxiety towards depression, and causing other physical complications as a result of excess use of such substances.
In some cases, anxiety can lead to panic attack which causes uncomfortable and humiliating physical behaviors; thus resulting to further anxiety and regression of their condition to anxiety disorder or panic disorder. Panic attack usually has similar symptoms with heart disease and other physical illnesses; this result to some panic attack sufferers being misinterpreted as having such illnesses that they frequently ends up in hospital emergency rooms or constantly visiting their physicians.
Anxiety is mental state of mind as a result of negative response to specific events or situations in life. Treatment of anxiety should start within you by start looking at the positive things in life and being optimistic of things. With proper treatment and medication, you can completely overcome your anxiety and live a healthy and happy life.

I agree that it is important to treat anxiety before it gets out of hand. I know of some one who suffers from severe anxiety and it was an uphill battle before she got proper care. thanx for providing the information about the anxiety and it’s effects as well as the method to overcome this state.

Many people are too embarrassed to admit to their fears and do not want others to know “how silly they are”, so they keep it to themselves. This makes any cure that much harder. First you have the original worry, add to that the concern about being found out, and then the anxiety about having anxiety in the first place. Getting medical help is the best answer, we do it for other illness, and this should be no different.
